I had my share of forum moderation and I've been admin of a few small ones with a couple friends.

hi admin, i have a really big experience in administration of website, there is some poeple who like it and some not, that why ill show you a exemple of what we can do with this website, take a little look, if you like it, then make me admin and ill make some little change XD
